Q. Could you please introduce your responsibilities or the projects you are working on?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

I am responsible for the sales of spindles used by our customers. I maintain continuous relationships with the representatives of the end users, understand their needs, and provide solutions for the challenges they face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What knowledge or skills are required to effectively perform your duties?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Although spindles may appear simple in appearance, they are, in fact, a comprehensive collection of mechanical elements. It is crucial to have a clear understanding of the materials, processing, heat treatment, and the principles behind the components that make up the machine. A strong grasp of basic mechanical principles allows for smoother communication with the departments involved. As a salesperson, it is important to listen carefully to the customers and, based on my understanding of the mechanical devices, find the most appropriate solution to persuade them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What are the advantages or appealing aspects of working for our company?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

I joined “KRST” through a merger. Before the merger, the company I worked for had a more hierarchical, military-like atmosphere, but now, our company fosters a free and open culture where various opinions are discussed and aligned. I believe this open culture is one of the most appealing aspects of our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What is one thing your department is fully committed to in the course of your work?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

When problems arise, our approach is not to blame anyone, but to focus on how we can resolve the issue. I believe that this attitude is our department’s strength. Even though there may be some disagreement during the process, I firmly believe that it is through this process that we ultimately reach success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. How do you primarily communicate and drive work forward? What do you consider the most important aspect of your work process?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

I believe the most important aspect of my work is “listening.” In the past, I tended to talk a lot during sales conversations, but recently, I have focused on speaking only when necessary, listening to the other party’s opinions, and practicing active engagement. Of course, when necessary, I strongly advocate for my own opinions, but by listening to others, I realize that they may have different thoughts and perspectives, which provide valuable learning opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. Where do you see yourself in the company in the next 10 years?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Every time I work for a company, I make a personal commitment. That commitment is to “make sure the company is one I would be proud to have my children work for.” I will do my best to help the company become one that my child would want to join, and I will continue to put my best effort into my work to achieve that goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
