Health & Safety Management Policy

  1. Management places the protection of employees’ lives and the creation of a safe working environment as the highest priorities in all business activities.

  2. Management establishes an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system and provides adequate human and material resources to eliminate and control workplace hazards.

  3. We set clear OHS objectives and implement detailed action plans to achieve them.

  4. We establish and faithfully comply with internal regulations that adhere to all relevant OHS laws and requirements.

  5. We identify workplace hazards through employee participation, ensure timely improvement, and share knowledge through training.

  6. All members are informed of the risks associated with their duties and receive training on hazard elimination, substitution, and control measures.

  7. All employees faithfully fulfill their responsibilities and obligations related to OHS activities.

This policy applies to all KRST facilities, employees, and stakeholders cooperating across all business areas.
