Vaccum Roll Equipment

Vaccum Roll Equipment for Coil

A specialized roll, created by compressing ultra-fine microfiber nonwoven material onto a hollow-structured shaft. Designed for connection to the KVS vacuum system, it is purpose-built to ensure complete removal of fine residual liquids from sheet material surfaces.

A total vacuum system that delivers the vacuum pressure generated by the pump directly to the KVS Roll, enabling efficient absorption and discharge of solution from the roll surface.

Washing Unit & Destacker for Automotive with Vacuum Roll System

Equipment Types

  • Wet Type
    • A cleaning method that uses washing oil, effective for removing oil and dust from product surfaces. Brush Rolls, Non-Woven Wringer Rolls, and Vacuum Rolls are applied to control residual oil on the surface and improve press workability.
  • Dry Type
    • A method that removes foreign substances using brushes (belt or roll type) and air (air blowers and suction). Compared to wet systems, it features a simpler mechanical structure.
  • Hybrid Type
    • A method that combines the advantages of both wet and dry systems for highly effective contaminant removal. It can be customized according to the requirements of each press line, allowing flexibility across various production conditions.

Equipment Components (Wet Washing Unit)

  • In/Out Conveyor
    • Transfers blanks or coils and aligns material before and after the washing process.
  • Spray Nozzle
    • Cleans the product surface by spraying washing oil.
  • Brush Roll
    • Performs mechanical cleaning of blank or coil surfaces.
  • Wringer Roll, Vacuum Roll
    • Performs oil cutting and suction functions according to on-site requirements.
  • Filter and Circulation System
    • Filters and recirculates washing oil for reuse.
  • Control Panel
    • Controls the overall operation of the Washing Unit.

Applications and Specifications

  • Reduction in transportation cost: No need to move the brush shaft, reducing transportation cost and time associated with shipping Brush Rolls in and out of the facility.
