Production Process
Product Structure
- Ceramic Disk: Each disk is compressed and assembled; the roll surface contacts the material during operation.
- Shaft: Water-cooling type.
- Flange: Compresses and fixes the ceramic disks onto the shaft.
Ceramic Sleeve Roll
A high-temperature Hearth Roll using ceramic sleeves made of Fused Silica, Alumina, or Zirconium.
It is specially designed to compensate for the different thermal expansion coefficients between the ceramic sleeve, metal shaft, and flange, enabling stable long-term operation under high-temperature conditions.

GRAPHITE SLEEVE ROLL
Graphite Sleeve Rolls are manufactured by machining carbon-based materials into sleeve form and assembling them onto the roll.
They make use of carbon’s inherent properties such as high thermal resistance, high chemical stability, excellent lubricity, and low thermal expansion, and are widely used as rolls in high-temperature environments.
